Project Phases and Payments

Our web development projects typically proceed through the following phases:

  1. Discovery Phase: We gather requirements, understand your business needs, and agree on project scope.
  2. Design Phase: We create mockups and wireframes for your approval before proceeding to development.
  3. Development Phase: We build your website according to the approved designs.
  4. Review Phase: You review the completed website and request revisions as needed.
  5. Launch Phase: The final website is deployed to your hosting environment.

Payments are typically structured as follows:

  • 50% deposit before work begins
  • 25% upon completion of the design phase
  • 25% upon project completion and before final delivery

Refund Policy

Before Project Commencement

If you decide to cancel your project before we begin work, we will refund 100% of your initial deposit.

During Discovery and Design Phases

If you decide to cancel your project during the discovery or design phases, we will refund your initial deposit minus costs incurred for work already completed. This typically includes time spent in meetings, research, and any design work already delivered.

During Development Phase

If you decide to cancel during the development phase, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Please note that once development has begun, significant resources have already been invested in your project.

After Project Completion

Once your website has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. Instead, we will work with you to address any concerns or issues that arise, as outlined in our revision policy.

Revision Policy

Our standard projects include two rounds of revisions after the initial delivery. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

Ongoing Support

After your website launches, we offer various support packages to ensure your site remains secure, up-to-date, and functioning optimally. These services are covered under separate agreements and have their own terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution
